Cusco - Km 104 - Wiñay Wayna - Aguas Calientes
Early pickup from your hotel and scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley to Km 104. Begin trekking along the original Inca Trail, ascending through cloud forest to reach the spectacular Wiñay Wayna ruins (2,650m). Continue to Inti Punku (Sun Gate) for your first view of Machu Picchu. Descend to the citadel and take the bus to Aguas Calientes for overnight.
02 Machu Picchu - Cusco
Machu Picchu - Cusco
Early morning bus to Machu Picchu to experience sunrise over the citadel. Enjoy a comprehensive 2-hour guided tour learning about Inca history and the site's mysteries.
